Where are your products from?
All products that we are selling are directly shipped from Madinah or Makkah. 

How do we wash the prayer mats?
We recommend to hand-wash the prayer mats and hang it dry or you may send them to cleaning services. We do sell prayer mat freshener with Oud or Musk scent to keep your prayer mats smell fresh at all times.

How do we pre-order items that are not listed on shop?
You may contact us personally to pre-order the item. Pre-order items will take approximately 14-20 working days.

Can we self-collect our orders?
Unfortunately we only provide delivery for all orders on our website. For all delivery enquiries, please refer to our delivery and return page for more information.
